Rikke has 6 years experience within the architecture and construction industry, including 4 years in Denmark , and is a director of Day Bukh Architects.  Rikke has experience in public, heritage and residential practice, in particular schools and child care centres. Rikke won an architecture competition for exploring new methods in combining work and child care centres, a project which is currently being realised by the City Council of Copenhagen. Rikke was also a member of the winning design team for Europan 7, a European housing competition for architects under the age of 40.
